7 Habits that would help you stay Healthy!!

1. Wake up before sunrise and watch the sunrise, the rays of the sun during sunrise have maximum healing effects on our body and especially eyesight.

2. Start your day with Gratitude, be grateful for the good night sleep, your health, your body, your breath, your Life knowing it is going to get better everyday.

3. Add a few drops of lemon juice and Honey to your hot water and have it on an empty stomach, it helps cleanse the body energetically and kick start your metabolism by assisting kidneys to detox.

4. Meditate by focusing on your breath, you can start by just 5-10 minutes a day and as and when you have a few minutes of free time.

5. Everyone a negative thought crosses your mind, make a conscious effort and turn it into a positive affirmation e.g. ( I have over eaten today), change it to ( the food I eat does only good to my body Or my body informs me how much it requires and I listen to It’s signals)

6. Say ” Thank you” often, to people, to life, to your body and knowing throughout the day.

7. Affirm to yourself just before going to bed that, ” I am getting better and better everyday and Life brings me Joy every moment “.
